first of all I want to congratulate you for the amazing on-line software. as a photoshop user I know how time-consuming it is to do the same manually. I have been using your site lately for fun, but I must admit that the quality of the website design does not match the great morphing software. it is not at all userfriendly which is a pity. maybe for putting this nice idea into reality you had to rely on amateur web-designers doing the job free of charge...

in order to attract more users and avoid losing them after they have tried your site and feel bored due to the poor design, the following issues (not to call them "errors") should be corrected and some helpful features added:

general
1. as another user mentioned ages ago, you should minimize the need of scrolling. the lay-out could be easily improved in this sense by changing how and where pictures, titles, infos and buttons are placed.
2. the reaction time of the site seems to be from the very beginning of the internet when we had to rely on dial-up lines. for example, after a morph is completed and clicking on "morph another picture" it takes average 3-5 seconds until the page has loaded again with the options. this is not acceptable nowadays.

preparing process
3. the "try again" and "restart" buttons have the same function, thus one of them can be omitted.
4. I have not found out yet what is the use of the "finish" button once the face points have been selected. in order to finish the preparing process the "continue" button must be clicked.
5. I do not understand why the file type (".jpg" etc.) is saved with the pics that are uploaded. this makes the file names of morphed pictures too long. in order to avoid this, the user has to edit every single pic that is uploaded and delete the file type. there could be two options at the beginning of the upload process: "save with file exension" / "save without file extension".

morphing process
6. the selection process of the pics to be morphed must be improved. as the quality of the morphed pics varies a lot and depends on how good the original pics match in angle and other properties, it usually needs several trials with different pics. myself as user, I mainly take one pic and then morph it with several pics from "my images" that match. but in this process I have to reselect each time the same base pics. so that one or more pics could be removed from the morphing page, there should be "delete" button under each selected pic so that not allways all pics have the be selected again. in the selection folder it should be possible to pre-select various pics to be morphed with each other. these pics should then be placed in a row from where the final selection could be chosen and morphed.
7. since the angle is important, there should be an option to mirror the uploaded pics. this avoids that the user has to upload and prepare two pictures of the same shot (face looking slightly to the left and one to the right).
8. after completing a morph the page returns always to the choice where "popular faces" is pre-chosen. but here the page shoud load to the choice previously in use, thus avoiding the need to re-click always to the same selection.

saving / archives
9. the names of morphed pics are created sometimes with one and sometimes with two hyphens in between the two original pic names, but I have not found out yet what is the rule for this.
10. In addition to the option to delete saved images (where it is sometimes not easy to find the relevant saved images) I would prefer to have two buttons "save and morph next picture" and "do not save and morph next picture". then those morphs the user does not want to keep do not all need to be deleted.
11. the alphabetical order of the prepared pics in the "my images" section are upside down (from Z to A). this is not what most people are used to. there should be an option to list the files alphabetically, by upload date and by file creation date.
12. it would be helpful to have the option of creating several different files in the archives so that files could be regrouped logically. myself would then create different files according to the angle the pics were taken which helps selecting those with a bigger chance of getting good results.

Hope you can realize some of the above suggestions.

This website used to be so much fun to use because it was fast and easy... But now it won't morph the images! The "3,2,1" thing just keeps starting over! Total let down.

Man it takes forever to morph two pics of people if you want to see what the baby will look like. I waited two hours is this thing defected? You guys still didn't add Aaliyah. I have been telling you guys to add her to the celeb category on morph thing. Well I took the liberty of uploading some of her pics and they came out beautiful every time in morphs. Yeah it's taking forever to morph my images. Does someone actually photoshop it like are there people or something? Because, it puzzles me how software could take more than 5 minutes.

I've never had any problems with the site before, but now I'm having trouble loading it on multiple connections, and when I do manage to get to the "Your Image is Being Morphed" stage it generates some insane wait time, then never finishes- it'll count down to the last three seconds and keep going 3, 2, 1, or it'll count down to the last second and stop.

Add options for people who are mixed race. I'm half white, half asian and I want to be able to use this site.

Your site does not work- at least the baby feature doesn't. I've tried multiple times to morph the faces from two uploaded pictures that I've prepared, and each time it says it will take some exorbitant amount of time (ranging from 15 minutes-2 hours). I've waited for it to finish every time, and once it gets down to 3 seconds left, it keeps cycling through 3, 2, 1 seconds over and over, and the image is never shown.
This is pretty bogus- I was really disappointed.
